Fantastic high school. I love the panthers! their football team is decent although not better than the winter springs spartans, of course hahaha!!
Trashy school they care more about the foot ball team then the students education thats where most of the funding goes anyways
Overall it's not that bad. It has both a medical and technical magnet program and has a wide variety of classes. The problems I experience when I attend is unreliable Internet and tech, unclean restrooms, wide use of profanity among students, teachers being overwhelmed with to many students and very short lunch time. Other than that the teachers are caring and concerned about the students well being and it is fun when events happen. CAN'T WAIT TILL COMMON CORE IS ERATICATED BECAUSE THE CONSTANT TESTING AND EOC AND CFE EXAMS ARE SO ANNOYING AND UNNECESSARY.
This is a awesome school! They do all they can to met the needs of their students!
Their principal Mrs. Ericksonns is fantastic and cares alot about the staff and their children. The administrators are a bit weird but cute nonetheless. I hope my children could've gone there instead of dumbfudge Wekiva (excuse my language). They have a remarkable marching band and a decent at times concert band. The band director Mr. Ferland is exceptional and cares much for his students, honestly I would venture to say that he is the best band director in the world. Overall Evans is a marvelous school worthy of your child's mind and time.
Not the best school for poc. School is usually calm but when it comes to dressing its a whole different story. They profile alot at the schoool a kid of color might be wearing a hat or shorts and they'll get in trouble but if its the other ways around its different. Also people say racist slurs here if you love your child this is not the school for them. Rochelle Conyers is one of the wanna be staf members that profile alot.
