Nice park and generally knowledgeable pet parents. Some of the areas are still not open due to hurricane damage so as of right now only dogs okay with all sizes can play.

The park is very large and great. Some of the people that go are morons though and ver dog-stupid. They bring treats, and let 2 year olds play around the pack of dogs then yell at people if any dogs bump into their kids at the DOG park. I only go if it's empty due to the fights I've seen between people, dogs, and a lady that had to go in an ambulance because she got run over and it snapped her ankle in half. Go when there is one or two people, then stand near a tree away from the pack. For pete's sake leave your toddlers home dummies!

Was a nice dog park but now two sides are closed so big & small dogs are together.... Not good since my big dogs dont like lil ones.

People were friendly. Other dogs were friendly. Large open space for the dogs to play. Plenty of shade, grass, water, benches, baggies to pick up after your dog and cans to dispose of what you pick up. Nice park. Please do your part to keep it clean and clean up after yourself.

Unfortunately, since Hurricane Irma downed trees in the large dog area, it is now closed until I have no idea when. This means all the dogs, big and small, are in the same area that was supposed to be only for the little dogs. We've been twice and have had to step around huge dog poops that lazy owners don't bother to pick up. And today, a young couple with an untrained pitbull kept having to pull their dog off other dogs. They finally left. It was terrifying to be in the midst of that kind of dog and having to fear that he would attack our dog. So, until the city of Apopka opens up the big dog area and leaves the little dog area to the little dogs only, we aren't going to be going to this dog park. There are too many big dog owners with mean dogs. Horrible experience.
