I arrived 15 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked. As I stood reading the store hours posted on the door, a young lady unlocked to door and said I'll let you in, but you only have 4 minutes to shop. Her tone and demeanor was so nasty. I went in only because I needed a few boxes of gloves, I will not return.

The store was very clean and organized and they actually have great prices on a lot of items.
I came in right before closing time to get a few items... and we all know how store employees love last minute customers. Of course I didn't know where anything was and kept having to ask an employee. Both of them were extremely nice and accommodating. I didn't feel rushed and got the items I needed at a great price!
Horrible customer service? Pretty sure you didn't go to this store. Always well stocked and clean. Prices here kicks the crap out of competition. Quality of tools may not be the same but I have yet to have a failure of anything purchased...... great store, great service.
Todd was the rudest supervisor I have ran into, other than that, I like Harbor Freight.
Had a bad experience with a supervisor, Todd. Ended with the regional manager, Brad, calling me to apologize. Long story short, Todd was extremely rude, telling my wife at in point "was I talking to you?". This is while we tried to return two generators, unopened, the day after hurricane Irma. We we going to be charged a 20% restocking fee for returning an opened item, which the back of the receipt said the fee would be waived if unopened.
