I have dispute w credit card company but save yourself a headache and avoid the retailer who obviously lacks customer service.

Ordered flowers on-line for a funeral. I never received an email confirmation and spam mailbox was checked. Called the main number which has a recorded that stated "due to hurricane Irma no one was available, voice mail would not be checked, send a text to (another number).
I sent 4 texts, no response so I ordered flowers from another retailer. I called 10/1, they were closed and left message for a return call. Mid-day today (10/2) called again and when they didn't answer phone still had message that they were closed due to hurricane Irma.
My father bought flowers for my mother (his wife) on 5/10 and they sent the wrong arrangement. He bought an arrangement more expensive than what my mother received. His attempts to get a hold of them have failed and he has not received a call back. Essentially, they ripped my father off and are taking no steps in writing this wrong. If they do correct the issue I will remove this review, but, until then it stays up. This place deserves no stars.
I called again, spoke to someone who said she would check w owner. No response.
