This is the best care I have ever gotten, from the doctors to the nursing staff to the front office staff! They have the option of x-rays, hormone replacement therapy, and bloodwork on site. I love that they favor holistic treatments, but are not opposed to traditional medicine also. I loved them so much that my husband stitched to here and I moved our three kids, 18, 15, and 15 also. Can't imagine leaving them!
Dr. Marsi spends time with individual patients explaining the results of tests or the visit. Since he does this you will possibly have a wait time past your appointment. After talking to patients like me he realized that he had to stop spending the time with individuals or cut the number of patients that he sees. He put us above money and is now seeing less patients per day which has cut wait time significantly. The entire staff is personable and caring.
I was searching the web for a "top rated " doctor in the Apopka area and Dr. Masri was the first to pop up. I clicked on the website to learn more and their webpage was very friendly and inviting. I was excited to call and find out if they accepted my insurance ,as the website said accepted most insurances. Unfortunately they did not take Florida Blue ,Blue Select, which was disappointing but I understood. I then asked the lady what types of Florida Blue they did take and she was rude in her response. As if I was bothering her or taking up her time. There was no "Thank you for calling,sorry that we don't accepted that,or even have a nice day " just hung up the phone! Very misleading advertising. Costumer service is such a shame this day in age. The younger generation has no respect!
