....they don't even have a DIRECT number!! It's a damn call center!! I've been trying to pay a damn ticket for three months which keeps coming back in the mail - one place says I mailed it to the wrong place only for it to come back again from a different location..... when calling in, ticket is not even FOUND in their system, but yet zero hesitation to try and penalize, add MORE FEES and SUSPEND my license - due to computer glitch errors and not my own.... gggrrrrrr.
Your Customer Service is TERRIBLE! It is almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. After many, repeated attempts to your numbers and getting cut off I finally got through to the Traffic division, waiting to speak to a real, live person. The current wait time is 28 minutes. I have a simple question that would take approximately 1 minutes or less to answer. Yes, I tried, online. The answer is not there. This is a great example of government getting to big. Absolutely no response to the public that pay your salary!
