A great place to go if you like getting ticketed by their automated banditry red light cameras, most of which get people for right turns on red because they don't "properly stop" but only slow down to a blazing millimeter a millennia. Studies have shown that these camera systems do not make things safer, people either floor it or slam on their brakes if they know or suspect these things are present, resulting in more accidents & deaths. But the City gets money from them so they don't care about the extra suffering & death they cause. Other municipalities in the area have come to their senses and removed these shameless blood money generators, but not the venal corrupt cockroaches who run this city. Avoid this nasty municipality.
just moved to Apopka, and moving comes with all the pains of setting up new utilities and all the good stuff. Ever single time I spoke to a city hall employee or went in the building to get some help, every person was insanely nice! I have honestly never seen government employees so happy and helpful. I mean really, I'm writing a review about a city hall right now. They were awesome.
