To tighten up your ride here isn't the cheapest; but the quality of service, and the results you are well worth it. Pull up to next to another car at a red light, and watch them have shine envy!!! Rip Off on Detailing service. I paid additional $45 for carpet shampoo on top of 49.99 for Detailing. After sp ending $90 for a complete detailing, and not satisfied with the stains still on the front passenger side and back seat floors, I returned to discuss with the Manager and was advised that there Policy is not to give Refunds, only store credits. I advised the Manager that I took my car to a different shop in W.P. next to Olive Garden and for $49.00, they detailed and shampoo carpet, and confirmed that the carpet was not cleaned properly with proper cleaning stain removers. Managers need Customer Service training!!!
I pulled up to the service department 15 minutes before closing on what I know was a busy Saturday for the guys! I was fully expecting to be turned away but figured I would at least try to get my oil changed as I was a little overdue! When I drove up I saw the doors were already slightly lowered and the technicians had already washed their hands from the days grease! I was greeted very warmly my the manager Eddie, I asked if he had time to see me and he said absolutely without hesitation! I pulled in and the service was super friendly, I didn't feel as if I was inconveniencing them at all, even though I know that they were tired and ready to head home to their families! I truly appreciate the amazing service I received today 10/21/18 from Eddie and his staff! Won't take my business ANYWHERE else!
This was my second visit to get an Oil change, I'm from out of state, so not always here. I was glad to see Eddie was working 7/16/2017 as I wanted things done right. My new 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 had a wrong oil filter installed at my first warranty oil change by the dealer, I followed the dealers correction. Eddie went the extra distance showing me what he would be installing was correct. He and his tech team, Will and Josh were very courteous, professional and understanding. I recommend Sweetwater #0001 for oil changes and service! Thanks guys!
